We carried out an in-depth usability and usage data analysis for the planned, comprehensive website relaunch of the Leipziger Messe Group. Focusing on user experience (UX), intuitive navigation and accessible usability, we developed a strategic roadmap and 248 user stories for the design and implementation teams.

We have developed a digital trade fair dashboard for Fraunhofer IKTS that fundamentally modernises its trade fair presence. A native iOS/Android app uses RFID scanning to record each exhibit – and automatically opens the relevant information page on the web application. Caravanya is a proprietary brand of Youbility – and, at the same time, proof of our expertise: we have developed the entire platform for camping enthusiasts. From finding a pitch to engaging with the community, Caravanya seamlessly integrates web and mobile, with a consistent focus on user-friendliness and continuous optimisation.

We developed a powerful comparison platform for Stromvergleich.de and Tarifvergleich.de. Improved user guidance and a responsive design increased the conversion rate.

We have optimised the digital shopping experience for Wellenshop, a specialist retailer of boat and sailing accessories, using Shopware 6. Through targeted usability optimisation and data-driven A/B testing, we were able to minimise friction and significantly increase the conversion rate whilst the site remained live.

As a global leader in compound semiconductor substrates for microelectronics and optoelectronics, Freiberger Compound Materials needed a modern, high-performance website.

For Radio Körner, the renowned, long-established Dresden-based retailer, we are securing and optimising the technical e-commerce infrastructure based on Shopware 5. In addition to ongoing system maintenance and performance optimisation, our focus is on ensuring a stable connection to the local ERP system and on the strategic planning of the future relaunch.

We have developed high-performance, installable plugins for Magento and OXID eShop for the e-commerce specialist Zoovu (formerly Semknox). These interfaces enable online shop operators worldwide to integrate Zoovu’s powerful, semantic and AI-powered product search seamlessly and easily into their existing shops. We continue to support and maintain these plugins to this day.
